Currently Leo is designed to work only on Outlook 2007.

In Outlook, go to Help > About Microsoft Office Outlook, and verify that you are running Outlook 2007.

Yes, adding external toolbars will not affect Leo, but please bear in mind that Leo will not be able to perform any functions on the external toolbar you add.

Leo may not work properly on such customization. If the toolbar, menu options or shortcut keys are removed or changed, Leo will not be able to find them and activate them.

Leo can work on any theme you opt for in your Outlook. Colors, fonts and theme changes do not affect Leo.
Why doesn’t Leo press the Send button for me ?
Leo wants to leave you with control over your actions, that’s why it lets you verify before carrying out significant actions.
